transmission jumping into neutral

i drive a Heli and am experiencing problems with the Heli jumping into neutral when I am in forward or reverse. It then takes it's own sweet time to go back into gear. Anybody else experiencing similar problems...

Check the Gear changer fitted on top of the transmission under the floor board, mostly it has become defective, replacement should sort out the issue,
