Can someone help i am after a wiring diagrame and fault finding for a Flexi H991861 5433 year 1999 with EV100.
It has slow drive low scr hum A1 will not come in. changed card, checked pot, smftrucks at virginmedia.com

the board's circuitry is not something anyone checks, or has the info for, but you can get a schematic that will explain the inputs to the card, (which is what we check) from the flight systems web site fsip dot biz (-not- dot com).
thanks for the info. i will look at that. have you got a wiring diagram so i can test at ev100 board.
check the brush wear on the motor it has sensors & wiring that slow it down, also motor temp sensor & wiring
Hi mate
I think you might have a problem with the mast switch wiring or the switch itself. Locks the truck into slow mode.
You can usually adjust the speed options in the ev100 logic card to disable the switches. (This should only be done to prove the problem is with the mast switches then reset to factory standard)
In my experience I think you will find the wire from the switch has a break in it
