Hi mate
I think you might have a problem with the mast switch wiring or the switch itself. Locks the truck into slow mode.
You can usually adjust the speed options in the ev100 logic card to disable the switches. (This should only be done to prove the problem is with the mast switches then reset to factory standard)

In my experience I think you will find the wire from the switch has a break in it
