Prime mover pallet jacket pmx1

We are working on a pallet jacket that has us stumped. It will go forward but will not go in reverse. It is a 12 volt and the reverse contacts engage but will not move. Any ideas?

not familiar with this truck but assuming if rev is away from forks and you have belled out control cables check anti crush contacts in tiller head if it has them
