Linde E25 01 336 - help please, some troubles

Hi people,

I'm working on a machine who burns the instruction panel and with a new one all lights go on and gives me a turnback signal of 80v to the 80/24v converter. The linde console don't turns on when I connect with the traction module. Someone can help or have a manual of this machine to I can see the wiring diagram?

Thanks,

Hi one more time mates. All problems solved. I start from the beggining like friend AMartins said and the last problem was the directions switches, in 1X13 i need to close circuit between pin 6, 13 and 20. only have voltage in 20 and 13 so one of the direction switches was faulty but I need to change both because when i'm testing the truck turning all wheels to the side of the old sensor the error comes. Summarizing this truck have a lot of problems since wire problems in a lot of places, all the 3 temperatures sensors from motors faulty and the one from the hydraulic motor was sending 80v to other components, new display, traction and hydraulic controller, power module of traction and a lot of hours spent... but now is working well. Thanks to all who helped, I'm really grateful.

hello my friend Filipe, I read your big problem, but I tell you, starts from the beginning, disconnect every cables and every circuits, start now in correct connection, cable by cable with a ommeter and see a any bad connection, if a possible error of conection, because I had a problem at wiring at articulation of cabin cut some wires, or any short at wires, see the diode circuit from motors. Well my friend good luck in your job.

Sorry for the late reply, didn't get a notification email.

The curve switches are on the steering axle. They shut of the engine of the inner wheel when making a curve. This error occurs when the switches say the truck is in both left and right curve at the same time. (from memory, both switches open). So check the wiring and the switches.

Right, I've been study some manuals who people send to me and I realise that is a regen contactor. The wiring diagrams I have are not readable, can't see the numbers and it's difficult to understand.

Thanks for the info, i'm looking for what is provoking this error and translating to portuguese what means curve swith signals.

OK right. That changes things. You don't have a maincontactor: the big contactor is regen contactor.

errorcode 39 : unacceptable combination of curve switch signals.

Good luck.

It's a E25-01 with hydraulic levers and classic direction contactors.

I'm a bit confused. Is it a E25-01 with hydraulic levers and classic direction contactors, or a E25-02 with joy-sticks and only one main contactor?

It was one of the first things I did! Now I just have error 39 and can't find a reason for it!

Just a thought, Is a motor cable shorted to the chassis? Use your ohm meter and check the resistance between the chassis B+, B-, motor cables etc. Should be multiple kohms at least. (with no battery attached). Could be the cause of a most of your problems.

Thanks, I'm looking for a mistake in the cables to the main contactor. By the way I found some trodden cables and accidentaly put 24v direct on the exit of 80/24v converter but in the cables of the machine not into converter, the converter have the plug off so it didn't suffer anything but when I plug the battery it make short circuit, I turned all off and repaired the cables and connected it right this time. Now I have 100V in the IN of the converter 80/24 when it supposed only have 80V. I don't understand how it's possible or what I burned to it happens...

New traction controller connected, Now I have errors 39 and 46, I don't know why 39 happen because the battery have 83V. 46 talks about cabin switch and it's OK too... I'm a little lost right now...
