It has a Mazda 2.0 eng. It is blowing air out of the air intake instead of ***. I thought it might be a blown head gasket but the oil is in great condition and the fluids are fine. It was running great one day and the next it only turns over. It has full spark to the plugs and coil as well. Propane is making it to the regulator and vaporizer. Air is blowing back through carb and air intake.

If you get into the timing belt, for a couple of bucks and an extra 1/2 hour it would be a good time to replace the water pump since it is driven by the same belt.

If just one or two cylinders are low then the head has to come off whether it's a valve or the gasket. If they're all low then it may have jumped time and I would check the belt and make sure the cam timing is correct before taking the head off.
Perfect. I just purchased a tester about 30 minutes ago. If I find a cylinder that is below the recommended 120-140 psi what do I do. How do I single the possibility out between valve or head gasket?
I would do a compression check next.
The rockers are all moving up and down as they should with the valve cover pulled off. Do you know of any good videos sites to show me how to check if the valves are operating correctly?
Sounds like maybe the timing belt broke. You could look under the plastic cover in the front or under the valve cover to see if the camshaft and/or cam gear is turning while cranking the motor.
Edit: maybe you could just look in the oil fill hole.
