Hi guys,
Have a few of these late model raymond walkie model 8400 (replaced 112) here at work, but no service manual or anything to work with,
Can anyone clue me in what code 223 might refer to?
checked all the obvious stuff, not seeing anything unusual,
switch truck on, goes through self check okay, activate deadman, code 223 goes off, all drive and lift functions disable,
any ideaS?

thanks,
i actually ordered and received a raymond service manual for the 8400 the next day, and indeed, found out the code refers to the heatsink temperature sensor showing low temperature,
Tried taking the curtis controller apart to see if anything obvious could be replaced or repaired internally, but gave up on that when splitting the case proved near imposssible,
anyhow,
ordered a new controller, truck runs great,
Ouch...code 223 is Traction Amp severe under temperature cutback. TA might be fried. Temp sensor is internal. you can swap it with another truck to test. Cheaper than buying one with a guess..
