5FBC25 WONT MOVE ,NO CODES

normally.when i turn on my forklift i hear a set of points click and then shes good to go. lately i have had to wait a while before i would hear these points click in ,hench be able to use machine. now it takes soo long for the points to click that i have to try to fix the problem. when i turn it on i hear a cooling fan running, and the steering works fine. but the machine wont move, yet there are no codes! the battery indicator in the dash is showing no bars.
but if i wait long enough i will hear the click of a point set and the machine is fine battery showing 100%

Sounds like the start up pre-operation checks. Somethings slowing them down. I would start with looking at the voltages the card is seeing in the anilizer easy 11. A capacitor maybe taking longer to pre-charge. Our your SIT's maybe starting to fail.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
