Code AL94 & no travel

Hi, does anyone out there know what code al94 is for this yale. it has a zapi control. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have also known this to happen when the battery has been excessively discharged.

That faul code means that the contoller is installing hourmeter memory if the contorller has been replaced. This should onlyhappen for only one minute. If the no travel problme is still accuring for longer than one minute, and the controller hasnt been resently repacled you may have a bad controller.
