135-3 and 135-16 are fuel pressure codes. This truck may have a sensor mounted in the end of the fuel rail, toward dash. Sensor could be bad, wires broken or fuel pressure is too high.

One possibility is there has been a software update done on the truck after the manuals were out and they added them to the software but just put out TSB's for the updates....have run into this with a Doosan once with a three digit code wasn't in the info I had or even the shop had...found out that it was added to the software updates and newer trucks after a specific SN#...........

kevin- thanks for the input but there's no 522 in front of the 135- & you're right- I don't see anything even remotely close in my service manual either.

Only thing I could come up with that is remotely close is a code 522135-3 TISS(?) Sensor OORH/open TCU

Didn't even see anything remotely close with a -16 on it
