 OM Pimespo - Model: EU3/15

I have a problem with a forklift OM Pimespo - Model: EU3/15. When i take the forklift from charging and after a while turn the key off and then back on battery indicator drops 10-20%.Every on-off indication drops 10-20% until the truck gives error.Battery checked-good,Charger checked-good.Any ideas?
