Linde H35T 393 Drive Motor Rebuild

We have a customer with a Linde H35T 393 Series, Right Side Drive Motor is leaking. Having looked at the service manual and seeing the amount of specialty tools required to reseal the motor. Does anyone have a contact or company that reseals / rebuilds these units. Any Idea On Price? Linde Refers To Them As " Wheel motor 550 HMF 550 R" I doubt we can justify buying 10+ tools and not loose a fortune on possibly a 1 time job

Showing items 1 - 8 of 8 results.
Well... good luck.
But according to my experience Linde is very "reluctant" to sell the specialistic tools outside of their network.
You may try with some dealer if you have good relation.

Well, generally you're right.
But as a the tool for tightening the brakes on Linde we use simple M10 bolt (hard material, 12 or more) with nut and big washers).
Works very well.

You may buy the necessary components everywhere and the cost is less than 15 $. Each of my technicians uses it succesfully.

Having helped with a Cesab hydrostatic motor rebuild, getting the unit apart without the tool was interesting enough BUT without the special tool for compressing the brake spring we where totally stuffed putting it back together.
Luckily we managed to borrow one next day from the training dept.

I'd hate to have something in bits & find I was unable to even put it back together.

There are other tools need that a typical technician would not have. You would need a 4 to 1 torque multiplier, a snap ring pliers that are about two feet long and the 2 long bolts with jig to compress the brake spring.

It's kind of a solution, but the cost would be extreme.
Last month we sealed the hydrostatic motors twice, on 393 and on 392 (the spanners are a bit different.)

The seal kit (for both sides) costs about 100 -150 Euro.
The bearings (OEM) (2pcs) - about 50-70 Euro.
5 hours of on site work for two technicians (10 hours total)
With our labour rate and travel, the total charge was about 600 Euro.
For SE unit you'ld pay several tousands.

A service / exchange unit with warranty from TVH would be the way to go.

The only specialistic tool for dissassembling the hydrostatic motor on Linde 393 is the special spanner with 4 keys.

Only Linde sales this tools, but we manufactured them ourselves, it's not very complicated.
I can send you the sketch.
