Look on the external power supply (if the truck has optional like lights, beacon) on the left side in the back. On the truck can be mounted maximum 3. If one of them is defective then there is not enough power (amps) to supply the options and the options will try to get power from the supply unit (SU) and that will not be good and in time you will get again the same problem.

I had just opened the Supply Unit and found the Smd resistor is burned. I had Installed new one.but the complaint is same. If I install new Supply Unit , will the machine works smoothly.

I had put both drive converters on other machine of same series and found working normally. I had also interchanged the both traction motors and found no defect. please suggest.

Yes, this is the problem caused by the speed measuring system of the right hand motor converter : If speed sensor and wiring feed back - supply voltage are all OK. Just try to swap over the right and the left converter to see if the problem caused by the internal converter or not ?
