Got code 44 on my raymond opc30tt
Said pc contactors closed when damand opend check the
Coil resistants ok any clues to the problem

Check for shorts to frame. Check static strap and standoff...unplug battery, put ohmeter on strap and frame, should be 10 thousand ohms resistance. If none, the 10k resister is fried. Expensve to replace, just get the resister.. Use a quality contactor, no clone crap. It has to snap open real fast

did you ever see it work? perhaps the sense line for the contactor is on the wrong spot and getting b+ all the time instead of only when the contactor is closed.

Contact tips are ok I did check the fuses to the contacts and they were 2 ohms the coil were 18 ohms and the other was 39 ohms tryed replacing coils a contacts didn't make a difference

usually it is welded contact tips. do they look ok?
