No horn, no reach, no axiliary functions

I have been told there is a fuse hidden in the system that provides power to the control handle. Any idea of where it is?
Or another problem that could be causing this? I have checked all the fuses on the board and the main power fuses everything checks out. Self test runs through and no problems.
