Hyster H50XM shuts off after 30 seconds!! need Help

I have a Hyster 2005 H50XM GM 3.0 LP truck and i have a issue were it shuts off in about 30 seconds. The first start up in the AM it will run any were from 1.5 min to 20 min then shut off and it will start right back up and then that's when the 30 second starts. A engine light comes on and then flashes once every 6 seconds after it shuts down. I do not have the interface to connect to the ECU. I have another running truck that I have swapped everything just not the wire harness. I have gone through the wire harness and have OHM out from the sensors to the ECU. I have cleaned all the grounds and even ran a few new ones to the frame and to the engine. It seems to drop out the power to the coil so I tried to jump it straight to the battery and still shuts off. I have a wire diagram and have traced everything and inspected all of the wiring. I just need some advice. Thanks!

it is detecting a problem somewhere and the ecu is telling the truck to shut down to prevent any further damage.
you ARE going to have to have the diagnostic tool to see whats going on so you can fix it. all the probing in the world isn't going to tell you whats wrong.
