Having some major issues with this truck

This truck was out it the rain via delivery and was turned on to take off truck like an idiot. It now has a code 45 when first started and will not function at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

Code 45 - PC Contactor Detected Open When Commanded
Closed
Does the contactor pull in for a second on startup? check the fuses (sometimes the fuses can be blown but test good, but once load is applied to them they open, i usually put vise grips across them, for a small period to test them, if they check good with a meter but suspect a fuse) Check the contact tips make sure they are good. It most likely smoked a bunch of cards/q1 rec etc... and at that point its best to call in the stealership, as if you start buying cards and putting them in, and if another card/component is shorted may fry the new card right away and you won't get warrenty on the card, as where if its the deal they can do some creative warrenty work. But you may get lucky and is just a fuse or arched contact tips.
