MEngr is correct
if you follow the mfg's recommended service and use their recommended fluids you should have a minimal problem with corrosion. I'm not saying it will totally dissipate but it should be reduced drastically.
One of the biggest problems with these kind of issues is the miss-application of maintenance proceedures and materials. If you mix brands of coolant or mix it incorrectly you will in the longrun have these kind of issues. If you mix types of coolant the issues will get alot worse because of incompatibility between coolant types.
If it calls for ELC then use ELC
If it calls for Dexcool? then use Dexcool
If it calls for just a general glycol based coolant (the green or yellow kind) then use that.
But as i have seen i do not think they have created a glycol based coolant that didnt eventually corrode/deteriorate aluminum at some point.

The key to maintaining the engine's cooling system integrity is to follow the OEM maintenance. When they say change the coolant every 2400 hrs or 12 mo. which ever comes first, and to use only NISSAN LLC (Long Life Coolant) they just may know something. This should mean not just replacement of coolant in the radiator but, radiator and engine. Any other way is just the same as going to a blackjack table.

Every aluminum headed engine I service, if left unchecked, developes an electrolysis issue. Changing the coolant & adding the correct additives is the only answer as far as I know

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
