The key to maintaining the engine's cooling system integrity is to follow the OEM maintenance. When they say change the coolant every 2400 hrs or 12 mo. which ever comes first, and to use only NISSAN LLC (Long Life Coolant) they just may know something. This should mean not just replacement of coolant in the radiator but, radiator and engine. Any other way is just the same as going to a blackjack table.
