What controller is in the cart? If it is a sep ex and it has been changed, f1 and f2 cables may be reversed, the controllers are set up to go slower in reverse and direction is changed inside the controller. On series wound motors forward and reverse are changed through the contacts of the contactor style f/r switch or through solenoids like on Taylor Dunns with Curtis controllers. I am not familiar with your model ez-go off hand,

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
