how to reset the BDI:
to reset a BDI you must apply a voltage above 28voltes
how to do this:
you put more than one cell to another battery in series
with the battery from your machine
you will have about 28 volts
call for 3 seconds
and then restart the machine
eStara reset the BDI

"it's not rocket surgery"
The 1310 is an interface made by Curtis. It's used in Yale orderpickers (C801 IIRC). Is that your serial number code?

The 1310 controller what make is this ?
I have had on some zapi controllers where instead of settings the battery truck voltage to what it actually reads on the multi meter, you have to increase or decrease that voltage for the bdi to actually alter.

For example if the battery voltage on your meter reads 24.74 and you have set the controller to this voltage try increasing this and see if this makes a difference if not try decreasing.
