Hi we have checked the alternator,it was a new one not that long ago,there is live from the ignition light down to the d+ terminal on alternator which is negative,when you start engine the d+ terminal changes to positive putting out the charging light on the dash.the big solinoid beside the control boards clicks in,clicks out when you pull on the handbrake, alternator is charging around 27-28 volts.we have got signal from the W terminal on ALT,my friend checked this with his meter and it is sending out a frequency to the logic board,but now we are stuck,thanks for your help speak soon.Rick

First, check alternator signal. The controller needs this signal to enable traction.

I have no pdf manual for this truck but will try to search a wiring diagram in my pc
