No display or functions

Can anyone help? I have full battery power. When key is in on position the green light comes on on the controller, but I have no dash display unless I mash the astric button on the dash display. It will then display a code 41 and 90 which indicate the traction motor is overheated. How can I check to see if the AC controller is good?

i can tell you now if you are getting a thermal sensor code even when the unit is cold then the controller is most likely bad or there is bad/faulty wiring. I'm betting on a bad controller.
The thermal sensor is located inside the controller ;o)
