Discussion:
Llift not working

All,

Pretty stumped on this current issue. The walkie pallet jack moves forward and back fine. Hydraulics seems to malfunction periodically. Sometimes it will lift and other times it won't. No error codes are displayed and I have already replaced with a new lift solenoid. I've checked the hydraulic fluid levels and it seems to be fine. I've also swapped the handle with another one from a working pallet jack and continue to have the issue. Could it be a problem with the hydraulic pump? Are there any additional areas i need to check for wire shorts? Any help is greatly appreciated.

No wiring in handle for switches. Etac card in handle uses canbus to talk to mc. Check ur lift limit sw. And wiring. Lower right side near skid plate.

sounds like you have an open wire in the control handle harness
check the lift circuit in that part of the harness, you will probably find a broken wire near the base where it pivots

just a guess, hope its a good one ;o)

good luck
