Hi Everyone
thanks for the input. Looks like I had been driving around with a faulty IGBT for the past few months. It was supplied to a customer to some time ago for testing his truck, and either they returned a faulty one to me or damaged it in the process. I did not have reasons to doubt customer as usually good with this type of thing, however yesterday after all checks decided to power up the IGBT with a 12v batter and lamp and did not trigger, so we ordered the IGBT and truck is now working. This is just another one of those learning kerbs for me :)
Thank you all for the info.
Regards
Got a manual for this thank you
hi, mate.
Just a comment from my experience
you may want to double chek, power transistor, flyweel diode(d1p), drive board, and then involved wiring from t1p to board.
and then put key on.
Assuming. changed motor was good, power cables with no shorts to chassis, and the drive board is the same. Will say it could be t1p. had repaired this code (had changed sevreal times zeners from drive board with no problem)
