Hi Everyone

thanks for the input. Looks like I had been driving around with a faulty IGBT for the past few months. It was supplied to a customer to some time ago for testing his truck, and either they returned a faulty one to me or damaged it in the process. I did not have reasons to doubt customer as usually good with this type of thing, however yesterday after all checks decided to power up the IGBT with a 12v batter and lamp and did not trigger, so we ordered the IGBT and truck is now working. This is just another one of those learning kerbs for me :)
