Discussion:
Jungheinrich EFG AC truck not accepting settings.

HI there

I would appreciate some feed back if someone has come across this problem before.
We have a Jungheinrich EFG with the 3 AS48xx AC controllers in the back. When the truck is switched on it comes up as Jungheinrich ET20/25 and then flashes Pump error 39 which is related to wrong type. Also after a while flashes error 25 related to canbus interface.

We entered service mode and reset it for the various EFG options that are available but each time we exit the settings returns to ET20/25.
We then took a top pcb off a working truck lift controller and the truck still appears as ET20/25 and also will not retain the programmed settings.

We then changed the interface card and the problem still exists.
We then tried settings with another display however still the same issue. Has anybody experienced this problem before? or could anyone suggest any checks that I might be able to perform?

Regards

Hi

Error 26 indicates a wire breakage in lift potentiometer. The wires goes to interface card.

- Vref.potentiometer to XB30.20 in interface card
- (+) potentiometer to SP10.1 in interface card
- (-) potentiometer to XB31.14 in interface card

Just an update

I replaced the the resistors and now have the truck working however it comes up with an error 26 solo pilot drives tilts and sideshift working just no lift, can anyone suggest anyhting.

I have tried cards off another truck and the problem is still there.

I tried to set the pot teach in for lift but the system does not see the pot there. I wanted to know if the pot for lift goes through the interface card? As the inteface card did have water damage.

Hi there
Thanks for the advice.

I had a jungheinrich engineer tell me last night that the programming for truck type is kept in drive 1 controller which is the left controller. So advised me to swap the cards across and as i took it off could see a slight burning and after checking with the other board found a 220ohm resistor gone open circuit. Ordered resistor will update if all is solved.

Thank You

I had a similar problem with a ETV320 with regenerative lowering. all occurred after repair one of the as4814 controller.

It was imposible for me to adjust the truck type and when swicht on the truck then display error 39.
Was replaced the control card circuit above it and solved the problem.
