HI there

I would appreciate some feed back if someone has come across this problem before.
We have a Jungheinrich EFG with the 3 AS48xx AC controllers in the back. When the truck is switched on it comes up as Jungheinrich ET20/25 and then flashes Pump error 39 which is related to wrong type. Also after a while flashes error 25 related to canbus interface.

We entered service mode and reset it for the various EFG options that are available but each time we exit the settings returns to ET20/25.
We then took a top pcb off a working truck lift controller and the truck still appears as ET20/25 and also will not retain the programmed settings.

We then changed the interface card and the problem still exists.
We then tried settings with another display however still the same issue. Has anybody experienced this problem before? or could anyone suggest any checks that I might be able to perform?

Regards
