i have an esr 3000 that has no hydroulic functions the pump runs up and sounds like it loads up to presure. but no movement to reach,tilt,sideshift,lift. i do have power steering. a new pump controller was fitted 3 months ago but i dont the reason why it was changed. any help would be appritated.
