Nissan Platinum-Lo2- overheating

Has anyone had overheating with the Nissan Lo2.Have replaced quite a few headgaskets/thermostats but after about 100 hours it happens again.Machine shops have found nothing at either times??(no help from Nissan also)

Platinum has the same radiator as the old cpjo2?The only one i have worked on has the plastic tanks on the side like our cats.How many diffrent radiator configuations are they?

Thought when they said the same rad is being used sounded like a bad idea,never had a rad out yet.

Got quite a few cpjo2 lifts running and they are water pump eaters. Radiators seem to bust at seams.Correct me if I am wrong but the platinum uses the same set up as the new cats.I have sevral of these running also,But no head gasket problems.Might want to take a cold lift and let it run till theromostat opens then rev engine to see if coolant if flowing.Im going to assume you have had a least 1 radiator flow checked.

Seems that these machines run full tilt at 16klms/hr 15hrs a day.We have 35 on our floor all around 4000-9000 hrs 85% have had a headgasket.I have tried an infra-red gun that seemed to show only a slight indication of a possible thermostat failure.We just had a machinist come in do various head/block checks he took a headbolt with him saying that our multilayer steel gaskets might need a different torque and maybe different bolts??

I hate to sound stupid but have you verified the overheat with a external sorce?Have you spot checked to find out if your flowing?An inferfred thermometer might help if you have access to it.Will show temp diffrence to help locate where flow stops.
