Anyone know who makes this truck? I've heard an Italian company.

Yes it is Italian but not Carer, it is Cesab, as is their 3 wheeler truck, which are part of the Toyota/BT group.

I am almost positive it is made by Carer
smc. Mitsubishi was also selling Raymond FBC 25 models which were
slightly changed in apperance and painted orange
