Discussion:
Hyster J2.00XM AC Slow pump

serial is A416A01699A

Hi there

I posted about this problem a few months ago. Initially the truck threw up an encoder error fault when we used the hydraulics.

The encoder was replaced and the error code disappeared yet the hydraulic motor just about turns very slowly.

After being told it required genuine encoder we have had this replaced now and still the same problem.

Have accessed the display and checked parameters etc all seem to be set to standard factory. The diognostic check shows the pump motor drawing 300Amps, but the motor rpm only shows about 3.

I would like to ask if anyone thinks either the motor itself is faulty or if in the process of fitting the encoder it is possible they are damaging the encoder?

Any advice on this issue would be appreciated greatly as the truck has been out of action for a long time now.
