E40FR faults 65L and 87L no go

left motor armature voltage not present and traction diode failure
All tests show diode good and motor good -any ideas?

sometimes the commutator gets glazed over. Go into diagnostic outputs run the motor and try stoning the commutator. Also the brush springs get weak and do not hold the brushes against the comm. Try changing the springs.
