Discussion:
Clark EPX25 Zappi modules overheating

Guys, I have been having several problems with Zappis on a customer's Clark EPX25. Both modules have been overheating. I changed one module already and the other one has just overheated also. I will try changing all cables going from the motors to the modules. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

You may need to install some fans in the unit. Also check the heat sink the Zapi is mounted on. AC modules generate a lot of heat
