Komatsu Fork lift 18FBEX-7 problm.

I am facing a problem with Komatsu forklift FB18EX-7
the problem is that when i switch key ON, error code no 16 Displayed,
please described about the problem and ramdies,

Please explain about Regen contactor.
I checked all contractors one by one, No'ne is contactor engaged.
When i switch the key On, one contactor in the left corner near capictor Get On and get turn off same time,
a small contactor behind the controller remains On,
I checked Rev/Fwd contactor too, it is not engaged.

Hello tanveer, you a problem with the regen contactor. see if the conacts aren't welded together.
