T206 in 131's means the LES (steer module) isn't turning on the LAC (Traction/Lift module - the big one). All start up conditions for steer must be met before the LES will turn on the LAC.

S1 257 - relates to the pre charge capacitor cct , so looking at the LES module or precondition feeds into the LES

stiil in trouble with it i found a problem with the large contactor on the l/h/side the hydraulic contact the coil was burned out.
i replaced it with a new one and tried it again still the same faults. checked brake wiring pump solonoid wiring and others you mentioned still no luck.
looks like i have to bow to linde and get main dealer in.
unless you can suggest another option.

Hi John
Code 206 Battery voltage too low (<9v) Information sending from display.
Fault 257 Problem at safety relay output voltage at pin X1:24 is greater than voltage at pinX1:1. Reasons may be: shortcut to battery voltage at an output pin (e.g.brake pin X1.49.main contactor pin X1.2,valve pin etc) also check for broken wires upto brake soleniod.
Hope this helps let me know how you get on.
