I have a Komatsu FG-30SG11 and it doesn't start. The battery is fully charged but I can't even get it to crank. I went on vacation and when I came back this thing was broke down and the company that I work for fired the fleet guy. I need some help PLEASE.

After you replace the starter replace the ground cable and bolt that thing to the top bolt that holds the starter to the bell housing.
The starter # is Komatsu HE40-2507901, Nippon Denso # 280008230
I have checked the battery posts with a meter and a load tester. The battery was at 12.5V and it load tested good. I got the truck started yesterday by tapping on the starter then it turned over. Do you know the part number for the starter assy? Or what information do I need to provide to get the part number?
it seems like you may be going to replace the starter assy.
does it crank if you jumper the small wire on the starter to battery positive? what does it do? how do you know "the battery is fully charged? have you cleaned the battery posts and terms?
