Komatsu Lift truck not starting

I have a Komatsu FG-30SG11 and it doesn't start. The battery is fully charged but I can't even get it to crank. I went on vacation and when I came back this thing was broke down and the company that I work for fired the fleet guy. I need some help PLEASE.

After you replace the starter replace the ground cable and bolt that thing to the top bolt that holds the starter to the bell housing.

I have checked the battery posts with a meter and a load tester. The battery was at 12.5V and it load tested good. I got the truck started yesterday by tapping on the starter then it turned over. Do you know the part number for the starter assy? Or what information do I need to provide to get the part number?

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
