Jungheinrich EFG code 12 drive switch ???

HI

I have a EFG-DF 15G 551 serial 80370961 with a Zapi and the Lisa display give fault 12 drive , i check all wiring of the acceleratie pedal and it is oke. Anybody know what the problem is??

Thanks , i have check the wiring and it is oke but i have seen the battery voltage and if i driving with the truck and the steering and liftpump comes in the voltage come under the 32V!! I mean this is not oke , i need a new battery and i hope the problem is over.

In accelerator block have two microcontacts.Check contacts in both microcontacts also check B+12V from accelerator block.If the voltage is missing,are probably broken wires or ZAPI controller defect.
