slow travel......EZ-C

hi everyone....a little help here...i have a raymond ac drive and pump...the problem is the drive motor turn slower there is no error codes pop-up. The drive controller looks fine. I observed the two cable in a drive motor hot. This unit is use in a cold storage. any suggestions and opinions?

hey thanks for the reply. i think the lower bearing is defective i find that the lower arm in the drive unit misaligned. there is no 6k in the display..the cables looks fine..I'll let you know all if the unit is ok.

Brakes dragging are common, bad lower bearing will slow things down. 6K is common when staging and 1st speed limiting switches dont agree. This will cause slow travel because VM thinks the carriage is out of free lift. carriage switch gets plastic often, top switch gets bent arm.
what is battery value when lifting? Are the battery cable pins soldered? should be.
Most important, are the cables from drive amp to drive motor discolored or burned....replace befrore they take out drive amp...

hey edwar t, thanks for the reply..the bearing looks ok when the bearing is defective it throws a code 2f i think....

sounds like an encoder bearing to me...
