The U.S. National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) announced on December/22/2010 the following Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Report: Massachusetts Case Report - 07-MA-019 - Laborer Struck by Skid-steer Loader While Exiting from a Tarp-enclosed Area on a Construction Site.
