Is corect it must be the OEM horn for the reasons he states but also it is in some cases necessary to delete the error log as this may be stopping the horn driver in the vsm.

replace the horn with the correct OEM horn? some horns generate considerable RF and induced voltages in the circuits.

Horn driver OC possibly means overcurrent, clear fault log and see if it permitts horn operation, If it comes back change horn and clear fault log again,

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
