Hello, Friends
Thanks for Ur advices
The D1 in logic card is damaged.. I replaced it, then the forklift working normally over 20 hours.. After that give me ERRORS 60 ,61, 51. and i know it`s not a true fault because i replaced a display, ACC., the battery and no change.
After that i replaced the original parts back to the forklift..
the display give me [ dead], i don`t know what is that mean
I`m afraid.. If i purchased a new logic card and the problem still exist..?! it`s a lot of money you know.
I don`t know what to do ?. But i appreciate your help, really i do.
Thanks

it's also a real possibility that you have the wrong eeprom installed in the logics. does the number on the new eeprom on the new logics match the number on the old eeprom on the old logics? the eeprom PN (and related programming) are different for different options on the truck so if the logics has an eeprom for a contactor type hydraulics and the truck is a chopper type hydraulics, or a different voltage, you will get an error about like this.

"it's not rocket surgery"
Error 61 can also require you to carry out a factory reset, as it can indicate that the EEPROM has lost its settings. As AMartins has said, everything is possible.

Hello my friend. I know how these problems, but have seen the links in the battery elements, ie between the jumpers are for tightening screws, and plugs connection. ever happened to me with another similar type of machine, it was bad connection in the battery. also had ties oxidized. My friend everything is possible.

60 = a)communication problem between logic and display b)bad display c)logic unit d)low resistance between components and frame of truck

61 = eeprom abnormality with possibly leads to logics
Check your email, items attached that should help
