Toyota 5FBE15 Hydraulic Oil

I`m wondering what type of Hydraulic Oil I should use to top up the Hydraulic Mast.
The lift is stored and used inside about 10 hours a week and normally lifts no more than 1300 pounds at a tyme. Locally I can get 34, 46 or 68. Thanks
