Cant communicate with the dongl, no communication with serial....., TD not initialized.

yes, thats right, that was the one of the problem, second we didnt choose the option of the background, now its working

I assume you are using the new TD version. Please follow what Billy B told you as: Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/security => and tick on "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"
or Just after starting the TD => right click and select unblock.

and tick on "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"
