Heli fork lift sales

I have just looked at a web site for Heli forklifts in the US. This site claims that Heli slaes in 2007 -2008 was $850 mill. According to the sales chart published on forkliftaction there sale are Euro 317 mill in 2008 and 259 in 2007.
So who is right

Not up on currencey exchange rates but I hear teh Euro is weaker than than teh USD. Could the difference be in the exchange rate?
