Raymond EASI - NO reach, tilt, or sideshift. ( sometimes ) NO codes

Hello all,
Raymond EASI ,NO CODES Has no auxiliary functions, Has Lift/Lower, Contacts and pump are running when control handle is used. If you activate the lift a little bit it seems to help. Anyone run into this problem.????

Yes the 6 wire cable that goes threw the mast assembly was the problem. got confused with the reach not working. Usually the tilt and side shift start acting up. Thanks for the great advise and quick response.

GOT IT.......I think. The mast cable was cutting out power when the mast was lowered. Parts on order. Will let you know soon, if that was the ticket.

the filter is under the access cover on top ( the large cover that covers the lift motor, hyd. manifold, and line filter.

sorry I didn't see "sometimes" in your description. Try that, check control handle, and then check " check over the mast cable".

easy one,
there is a fuse in a filter under the cover. the filter is large, black and blue in color, and the fuse is under a grey plastic screw on top. When this fuse blows, you will lose all aux. functions, get no codes, still travel, and still lift. Try it. Oh yes, it is a slow-blo fuse.

Sounds like you have a bad control handle. Did you run the tests on the aux function switches?
I can get you more detailed info with a better make and model and SN

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
