upright controller flashes

Hi , i have 5 flashes on the controller. The power relay comes 1 second in and go then out.

This upright 065708-001 controller is 24 volt in a lifting machine.

Anybody nows what this is?

Go on give us a clue? what machine are your working on? what model controller? theres some good engineers on here but i dont think they can mind read as well
