Can anyone tell me the year and make of the engine of this Yale truck?

1999? F2 TG?? Mazda?

Andy,

You have the year and engine correct. 1999 with a 2.2 Mazda engine or better known as the F2. Directly under the distributor there should be a small spot on the top of the block that is not covered by the head. This is where the size of the engine is stamped ie FE or F2.
