I have A RR3000 with A code 24 replaced fwd & rev contactor and contactor will pull in but lift will not travel I jacked up and pushed 1A contactor in and lift will travel any idea ? please help

If I'm reading this correctly, I understand that the unit is not moving when attempting to travel normally with the controls, but moves when you manually push in the contactor.
It sounds like something is binding in the contactor assembly.
Take it apart and make sure the tip assembly and components are placed correctly.
Was travel your initial problem and this is why you replaced the contactor assembly?
