Hyster H3.00XL

Does anyone know what engine is fitted to this Hyster?
Don't know year but serial No is A177B7881E
I am unable to find any numbers / id stamped on block.
Its all cast lump, old machine.
TVH listing as Isuzu or Mazda, but i have never seen either of these with cast head, but stand to be corrected.
Does anyone know where ID should be stamped?

Does it have external pushrod tubes in the head and a side cover for the lifters on the side of the block and engine primarily painted black. If so it is a Mazda. If its diesel it is an Isuzu.
